New Member
Just leave this the way it is if you are filling out the form
for the first time. If you are already in the club, but wish to change your information, please
click the "Change Info" button.
Nickname
*REQUIRED* This is the name you would like to be called on the
mailing list and member profile page. It will also be used to edit your information. This may be the same as your real
name.
E-mail
*REQUIRED* Insert a valid e-mail address where all club mail will
go to.
E-Mailing List
*REQUIRED* The RLFC offers two lists to keep members up to date.
The LeeList is a discussion list where we announce upcoming events, and
just talk about E:FC or anything else that comes to mind. The traffic on
this list is sometimes extremely slow, and sometimes very busy. If you select
the digest version, you will get one email the end of each day, containing
all the emails sent to the LeeList for that day, and you will be able to
respond to them in the normal way. The Update List is the list we use
to send out periodic updates about the the club and about Robert, and the
frequency of this list is usually once every one or two
months.
Website
This field is optional, and will only be used for your
profile on the member profile page. This Website URL will not be put on the
"Links" page unless you let me know that you want it to in a seperate email,
or in the "Comments" section of the form.
Display Above Info on Members Only
Page?
Check this box if you would like the information that
appears above the checkbox to appear on the members only profile page. If
you do not check the box, no profile will be created. If you check the box,
but leave some fields blank, then only the fields that are filled out will
be displayed on the profile page. If you want a profile created, but with
less information displayed for example, you don't want your email address
displayed), just let me know in the "Comments" area of the
form.
Real Name
This is the name Robert will personalize your autographed photo with,
unless you specify otherwise in the "Comments" section of the form. It is
also used for mailing purposes.
Birthday
Insert your date of birth (MM/DD, or at least just the month) here if you wish to
receive an autographed picture of Robert on your birthday.
Mailing Address
Insert your street/mailing address that your receive
mail at to get your membership card and autographed picture.
City
Insert your city of residence here.
State/Province
Insert your State or Province here. Leave blank if none.
ZIP or Postal Code
Insert your ZIP or Postal Code here.
Country
Insert your Country here.
Password
Please make this something easy to remember. You will use it to edit your information. This password is unrelated to your Shockers Living Room password, if you choose to get one. Please DO NOT give it to anyone!
